Effective marketing is infrastructure.

What infrastructure means

Same ad budget. Only one pays you back.

The ad is the same. What's built around it is not.

One-off marketing

  1. 1An ad runs.
  2. 2Some calls come in.
  3. 3Nobody knows which ones came from the ad.
  4. 4Next month, you guess again.

Marketing infrastructure

  1. 1The ad sends people to a page built to book.
  2. 2Every call and form is tracked.
  3. 3Your Google profile and website back up what the ad promised.
  4. 4The monthly report shows where to spend next.

MMH x Lumi builds what's around it.

Where are you starting?

Founders and small businesses

More calls. Less guessing.

You're handling the business and the marketing. Posts go out when there's time, the website hasn't changed in a year, and nobody can say which part brings in customers.

How we work with businesses
Nonprofits, public agencies, faith-based organizations

You're changing your community. Let's make sure it hears about it.

Your team runs programs, plans events, and writes grants. Communications get whatever time is left. We take that off the list, so every event and story reaches the people who need it.

How we work with mission-driven organizations
The Infrastructure-First Approach™

Marketing is only as strong as what it's connected to.

Effective marketing is a critical part of the infrastructure that moves any successful organization forward. That means it connects to the rest of your operation.

What it connects to

Your calendar

Content planned around your real events, launches, and seasons.

Your intake

Every call, form, and sign-up lands where your team will see it.

Your services and programs

Content that shows what you actually do and who it's for.

Your numbers

A monthly report tied to agreed-upon KPIs that shows what worked.

Every engagement starts with six questions.

1

What are we trying to accomplish?

2

Who needs to move?

3

What do they need to understand or feel?

4

What should we say?

5

How should we deliver it?

6

How will we know it worked?

Strategy + Infrastructure = Sustainable Growth

MacKenzie McClain Hill, CEO and Founder of MMH x Lumi
The founder

I run my own company too.

LumiBloom is my brand, and it runs on the same infrastructure I build for clients. When I tell you a system works, I'm using it myself.

I came to marketing through anthropology, which is really the study of how people decide what to trust. That's still where every engagement starts: who are we trying to reach, and what do they need before they act?

You work with me on every engagement, whatever its size. Behind that work is a senior team: a digital marketing strategist, a growth strategist, three content managers, and a research lead who keeps every recommendation grounded in data.
